I made it to the gym this morning before it was light outside! Thats a first, YAY ME!
I am really working hard this year on me...inside and out. It's a wonderful journey but it's also a really tough one.
I have a business coach that I adore and admire very much. Not to say that I always like what she has to say....But that's why I hired her...give it to me straight and point me in the right direction! I want to be happy in my work otherwise the time spent isn't worth the time away from my family.
I overheard a gentleman at the gym say "work is work" and I felt sorrow for him. Work should be fulfilling. It should inspire and empower you. If it doesn't then maybe you are not doing what you were created to do?
I realize most of us work because we need the money and I used to do that too. I worked for the money and the work ran me and my life. Now I work because I am fulfilling a greater purpose and the money comes to me. I put myself out there in the great big world and things that I dream of come to me. It's that simple. :)
I have also hired a health/mindset coach recently because I believe in the universal law that the inside must match the person you desire to be on the outside. If you are negative and self-sabotaging you will never make positive, permanent changes because your inner vibrations are going against what you say you want. Isn't that amazing.
Don't misunderstand me...I am a Christian and I have enormous faith and live my life by Godly principles. I just also happen to believe that we are spiritual beings in a physical body on a planet which is run on vibrations. If our inner vibrations aren't in line with who we want to be...it ain't gonna happen because it is physically impossible!
Clear as mud? I know...it's deep right? But, I have found it to be very true and am seeing the results of the many changes I am making in my life.
So, it's time to crank up my treadmill from warm up to high gear! How about your life and your work? Are you self-sabotaging your success and pushing your dreams further away with negative self-talk? Make a decision today to live a better life; the life you were created to live :)
Have a wonderful Thursday! Do something nice for yourself today :)
